Plan the whole programme, then run it one key at a time.
Every segment of the show is a timer in the rundown, with its speaker, its start, and what the screens do on the way to zero. Change anything while the clock runs; it never restarts.

Every plan syncs to the same accuracy and has every timer and cue. The plans differ in how many rooms, timers, and screens you run, and in the extras below. Pro and Premium grow with you: add screens to every room in packs, and admins one at a time. Prices are in US dollars and include tax.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do the screens need an account or an app?
No. A screen opens the room's viewer link in its browser and goes fullscreen; it never signs in and installs nothing. Running the room takes only its controller link; an account keeps your rooms in one place and lets you invite a moderator, who signs in to send messages.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Create a room in one click and run a show with it on the free plan: 3 timers and 3 connections. Its controller link is your way back to it, so keep it. Sign up free whenever you like and the room moves into your account with everything in it; a room without an account is deleted after 90 days without use.
Which devices can be a screen?
Anything with a current browser: laptops, tablets, phones, and TV browsers or sticks. CueStride supports the last two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and Safari on iPhone and iPad. A screen asks the device to stay awake where the browser allows it.
How closely do the screens agree?
On a normal venue network any two screens show the same second within a tenth of a second of each other. A screen opened in the middle of a segment shows the right time on its first frame, and one that was asleep or in a background tab is correct again at once.
What happens if a screen loses its connection?
It keeps counting from what it last knew, so the speaker never sees a frozen clock. When the connection comes back it catches up within seconds, including anything you changed while it was away.
Can someone send messages without being able to touch the timer?
Yes. Invite a producer as a moderator: their page sends, shows, and flashes messages, and cannot start, stop, or change a timer.
Can the audience see the programme?
Every room has an agenda link showing what is on now, what is next, and projected start times that move when the show runs late. For a conference, an event puts all its rooms on one board and on an attendee agenda laid out in time slots (Premium and up).
Can I import my programme from a spreadsheet?
Yes, into an event (Premium and up): a CSV with a row per session, giving the day, room, start, length, title, and speaker. You see what will be created before anything is, and rooms that do not exist yet are created with their timers.
Can I mirror the timer for a teleprompter?
Yes. A screen flips horizontally, vertically, or both, from its own toolbar or from the controller's list of screens, and remembers it across reloads. A viewer link can carry the flip, so a teleprompter opens mirrored.
Can I put my logo on the screens?
Yes (Pro and up): your logo on every screen, with or without the CueStride wordmark. The agenda screens also take a theme, your colours, and a font (Premium and up).
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no card and no time limit. Starter gives you 3 rooms with 3 timers and 3 screens each, and every timer, message, and cue feature.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, handles payment and includes the tax at checkout. Pro and Premium are each monthly, yearly, or a pass for a single event (30 days). You change or cancel from Account settings in the app, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.
What happens to my rooms when a paid plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Rooms and timers beyond what the free plan allows are disabled, and their screens say so, until you upgrade again. Before you cancel, CueStride shows you exactly which ones and from when.
Do you track visitors or screens?
Visits to this site's pages, apart from its timers, are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, except for visitors in the EU; it sets no cookies and, Cloudflare says, collects no personal data. Nothing else is measured: the app and its screens are not, there is no advertising, the app sets only the cookies it needs to work, such as the one that keeps you signed in, and we send no marketing email. Our privacy policy describes the analytics (PostHog), advertising cookies, and marketing email (Brevo) we are turning on; when they arrive, a banner and "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page let you refuse the cookies, and every marketing email lets you unsubscribe. Screens are never measured: a screen carries a random id so the room's controller can tell screens apart, tied to no person unless someone names the screen. A room's contents are visible only to the people who hold its links.
